Mike is the ABSOLUTE BEST! We bought our house with him and sold our house with him because he ALWAYS gives 100% for his clients/future friends. He is ALWAYS available - no matter the time. He even took time during his honeymoon to talk us through stuff! He is so genuinely patient and kind. He would always explain things to me clearly and never got frustrated no matter how many times I needed things explained. He always kept us updated and was PROACTIVE with anticipating/solving problems. He is a wonderful person and we are so grateful to have had the privilege of working with him.

I lucked out when I met Mike. Every other realtor told me that I wouldn't qualify for a loan because of my credit score. When I talked to Mike, he gave me some great advice on how to fix my credit and I did everything he said to do. It took some work on my part, but in only a couple of months, my credit score was raised over 100 points and not only did I qualify for a loan, but I also qualified for a program that covered all of my down payment! When we went to closing, I actually received a check to pay for my movers and there was a little left over. Buying a house with Mike was the best experience and I am so happy that I own a house. My mortgage payment is a lot less than what my previous rent payment was, and it is a much better house! Thank you Mike for everything you do!!!
